Keith County Fair Carriage Driving Show

  • Keith County Fairgrounds, Ogallala, Nebraska
  • Weekend of August 1st, 2026
  • Registration starts at 9:00am
  • Show starts at 10:00 am

The show will be held in the southwest corner of the fairgrounds, near the trees in the area of the old tractor pulling track. The Keith County fairgrounds is 2 blocks North of US Hwy 30 on West I Street (turn at Steve’s Body Shop)

Classes will include:

  • Pleasure Driving
  • Men’s, Woman’s and Youth Reinsmanship (if sufficient entries)
  • Fancy Turnout
  • Obstacle fun classes

THERE WILL BE NICE PRIZES SPONSORED BY THE KEITH CO. AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY, OGALLALA LIVESTOCK, BALTZELL VETERINARY HOSPITAL AND BOMGAARS IN OGALLALA

ENTRY FEE FOR THE WHOLE DAY $30.00 PER HITCH

Any style of cart, buggy or wagon may be used as long as it is in good working condition. Teams and draft horses will be judged with singles, unless there are >5 per class.

Pre-registration for the show is not required, but a call, note or e-mail from participants would help in planning. Thanks.
